From Norwich ring road take the a1151 to Wroxham. When in Wroxham you will cross the river in Hoveton. Take the second turn right, signed a1062 to Horning. Approx 3 miles turn right into Horning village (Lower St.). The hotel is 1/4 mile into the village on the left.
